Our visit to the GWSR on Saturday 28th May 2016 was completely unplanned and arose because of false information from Real-Time Trains during our journey to North Wales to see ROYAL SCOT. How can we trust a system that changes the schedule for a train running to time by almost an hour in mid-journey only to revert later to the original without any explanation? The GWSR was an enjoyable alternative and never deviated significantly from schedule! But why was GWR 2-8-0 2807 renumbered 2808?
