I did not have much longer to wait before the unique sound of No.3170's air horn provided advanced warning of its approach. The splendid vehicle was recorded emerging from Buddon Wood on the first of its runs on Sunday 26th July 2020. Success! So I packed up and headed to Woodthorpe Lane to record the rest of the day's events.
