On Saturday 26th August 2023 I decided to visit Gloucestershire and photograph LEANDER working a Railway Touring Company excursion from London to Gloucester and return and combine it with a visit to the GWSR when the main-line tour was in Gloucester. Originally the rail-tour was intended to reach Worcester but it had to be curtailed due to industrial action by one, other or both Trade Unions. Leander looked and performed very well on both sections where I went to photograph it, but I must say I definitely prefer my Jubilees in green BR livery (or LMS red).
