"The Cathedrals Express" on Saturday 1st October had to be a risky tour to photograph with uncertainty about the locomotive involved and the extent of steam haulage. Steam haulage was confined to the Cumbrian Coast route which provided four locations without undue chasing and SCOTS GUARDSMAN was in good form throughout.
