I spent Saturday 9th June 2018 at The Great Central Railway because there was no convenient main line steam in action. The railway again showed its best and worst sides throughout the day. Now with two steam locomotives facing north, supposedly to please photographers, but almost certainly at the request of Charter Promoters, choices of locations were bound to be challenging. All this was compounded by rostering issues; particularly with the "Wedding Belle" additional service.
