I knew that on this trip I was taking a bit of a chance. The weather forecast had shown a progressive decline over successive days and I left home expecting rain after three. It began at two but was fortunately only intermittent. I managed to avoid the heavy showers at all locations. Just! CLAN LINE looked magnificent as always.
