Saturday 21st February 2026 was the final day of advertised trains operated by 60103 Flying Scotsman for Vintage Trains. I could not miss the opportunity of adding a few more photographs of this historic locomotive to my collection. Unfortunately, I had given too much credence to the over pessimistic BBC weather forecast, and therefore missed opportunities on the previous Wednesday, Thursday and Friday when the locomotive did five daylight trips on the main line between Dorridge and Moor Street. This visit to Wood End gave a few more images without taking up all day.
