The Gentry was about to leave but its owner paused to allow me to take this photograph of it alongside the big 6 cylinder Wolseley. The registration plates also provide interesting details of the age of the vehicles. The C plate indicates 1965 for the Wolseley but the B plate rules out original UK MGs as they were all mid 50s production. The B will have come from the Triumph donor car that provided most of the chassis components for the original kit.
