When Hawksworth outside cylindered 0-6-0PT 1501 approached on the straight track that runs parallel to Northwood Lane on Saturday 8th October 2022 it rocked, rolled and bounced in a seemingly unsafe manner. It was working the 15:35 service from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster. It made me appreciate the undoubted quality of the GCR permanent way with which I am more familiar.
