The Cathedrals Express from London Kings Cross to York and return on Sunday 14th August 2016 was a rare opportunity to photograph Princess Coronation Class 8P 4-6-2 46233 DUCHESS OF SUTHERLAND at work on the east coast route. The northbound run was an excellent time keeping performance but the departure for the return was unfortunately delayed by 41 minutes.
