Another day when the weather forecast was just too bad to contemplate a return trip to Carlisle. A brief visit to the GCR was better than expected as the only rain was very light drizzle just before the final departure from Loughborough. Dull, both regarding the lack of light and the repetitive use of limited locations, but typical of the real railway in 2019.
