Friday 22nd June 2018 was a glorious day with brilliant blue sky and the inevitable deep shadows. Unfortunately we were on our way home from North Wales via the Talyllyn Railway as usual. It meant missing the Ffestiniog's Hunslet 125 event but there was a non-public charter on the Talyllyn as compensation.
