BR liveried rebuilt Royal Scot 4-6-0 46115 SCOTS GUARDSMAN has been the principle source of motive power for the winter Cumbrian Mountain Express programme in 2014. Predictably the locomotive was in charge of this season's final train on Saturday 8th March. It is seen here approaching Scotby on the southbound climb that continues all the way to Ais Gill summit.
