"The Christmas White Rose" on Saturday 15th December 2018 ran in very difficult weather conditions with a strong south -easterly wind and the possibility of freezing rain to make road (and rail) conditions treacherous. But the prospect of the Duchess, even at two locations only, was too strong to miss. At least it remained fine.
