On Saturday 21st November 2015 a steam hauled "Cathedrals Express" ran from London Euston to Chester and return. Motive power throughout was provided by Thompson B1 4-6-0 61306 carrying MAYFLOWER nameplates. The opportunity was taken to photograph in two locations where there were no overhead wires.
