At a first glance it could be the early 1960s with BR Standard 9F 2-10-0 92220 Evening Star heading an up train south of Loughborough. The lined green livery is very similar to that carried by the most famous class-member but look at the detail. No copper cap to the chimney, no nameplates, the wrong number and a pink headboard! In reality the train is the 10:30 departure from Loughborough on Thursday 31st July 2014. The train headboard describes the train perfectly but does little to enhance the scene. At least we are spared those hideous Cromwell nameplates!
