After breakfast I headed to Fielding Road, Birstall, to find out which locomotive was working the 11:15 from Loughborough. I knew before I saw it from the whistle sound to expect the 8F. Normally I should not photograph in close-up a tender first run but, as I had been doing some research into former Jubilee Class locomotive tenders, I thought for a shot of the rebodied 4648 it was worth pressing the button.
