Saturday 25th July 2020 was important for the GCR as it was the first day that the Railway carried fare paying passengers since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown in March. It was good to see real trains in operation again but slightly disappointing as only three of the four scheduled trains ran due to lack of bookings for the last train.
