On Saturday 20th November 2021 the afternoon Lickey Banker excursion from Tyseley to Worcester and return was seen approaching Droitwich Spa hauled by LMS Princess Coronation Class 7P 4-6-2 6233 DUCHESS OF SUTHERLAND. Hawksworth 94XX 0-6-0PT 9466 was unavailable for banking duties so both CLUN CASTLE with the morning train and DUCHESS OF SUTHERLAND with the afternoon train attacked the Lickey Incline unaided. It was a good job it was dry!
