The weather forecast for December 26th 2019, Boxing Day, was quite discouraging but when I awoke it was better than expected. I packed a couple of cameras and some food in preparation for seeing the 10:30 out of Loughborough. By 09:50 it was raining heavily so I decided not to go. Result! By 11:30 it was fine so off I went. At Quorn it drizzled, the first shot a Woodthorpe was fine (just) but the rain increased steadily for my final two shots. I judged it not worth staying for the 15:30 departure.

The weather was unkind to you but the handful of damp pictures adds a different factor to your collection, so worth the effort I think.
