The GCR timetable on Sunday 3rd July 2016 offered nothing out of the ordinary with 2 steam and 1 diesel providing the motive power. It had been announced that 92214 would carry CITY OF LEICESTER nameplates for a period, so it came as a surprise to find it adorned with blue background LEICESTER CITY plates. With one name stirring memories of Stanier Princess Coronation 46252 and the other Gresley B17 61665 I know which I should prefer. But I am no football fan either!
