I was caught out by the second run of Autocar No.3170 as I was collecting equipment from my car when it left Loughborough unexpectedly on its second trip to Rothley. I waited to see it return and, although the shot is almost identical to others I have taken, I like this vehicle so much I cannot have too many images. How I wish it could remain on the GCR. I shall have to go to Embsay where I might see it complete with its driving trailer carriage No.3453.
