November 2015 began with a prediction of heavy mist or fog that might fail to clear all day. It looked likely to be correct as I travelled north towards Manchester to photograph double-headed black fives on "The Tin Bath" excursion. By the time I reached Romiley the skies had cleared to reveal a wonderful Autumn day. Five locations successfully covered when I was forced to abandon six and seven as my Rover's clutch failed completely in Huddersfield!
