While the main-line steam hauled special is in Worcester, the Gloucester and Warwickshire Steam Railway is a good place to provide refreshments and some alternative photography. On Saturday 12th June 2021 they were operating their two steam locomotive, post-Covid lockdown, timetable using 35006 PENINSULAR & ORIENTAL S.N. Co. and 7903 FOREMARE HALL. Both are very attractive photogenic locomotives but, as they face in opposite directions, there are periods of intense activity followed by leisurely intervals.
