The photographs of a Welsh Highland Railway train on Thursday 21st September 2023 were not taken as part of a proper visit to that railway but coincided with our visit to the Ffestiniog Railway. The WHR train had arrived in Porthmadog well before our arrival from Tan-y-Bwlch and was simply waiting for departure time. It would have seemed churlish not to record its presence.
