Conditions were good when I arrived at the footbridge south-east of Dorridge Station. Unfortunately, they had begun to deteriorate when Set AL03 departed as 1H62, the 15:40 from Birmingham Moor Street to London Marylebone, on Sunday 6th August 2023. Ugly Class 68 012 was pushing hard at the back.
