Sunday 17th September was the final day of the 2017 Beer Festival on the GCR. The augmented timetable was accurate until mid-afternoon when the failure of visiting Birmingham RC&W Bo-Bo D5343 resulted in the cancellation of its last two workings. The weather began to fail as the afternoon progressed but overall it was a good opportunity to say good-bye to Hymek D7017.
