In complete contrast to the dull, wet, miserable day of Saturday 8th January 2022 Sunday 9th dawned bright and sunny which was forecast to last into the afternoon at least. That was exactly how it turned out and it was not until about three o'clock that the light began to fade and the clouds built up. TORNADO looked excellent throughout and the steam hauled trains were very well patronised so the event must have been a commercial success for the railway. If the weather is good then next week-end with the extended service and more variety will be extremely popular also.
