The GCR on Saturday 17th August 2019 operated a normal timetable with two steam and one diesel locomotive. Trains ran close to right time and the weather stayed fine for all my photographs. In fact the only rain was during my breakfast break when I was in the cafe. The only unfortunate aspect was steam locomotives facing in opposite directions. This gives concentrated spells for photography followed by long intervals in-between when nothing is worth taking.
