Tuesday 24th September 2019 was our day to travel on the Festiniog Railway. The day was dull with frequent rain but insufficient to spoil the day provided you took a positive attitude. Two double Fairlies in service certainly helps maintain interest. A special train, using BLANCHE as motive power, added to the experience.
