When I arrived at Market Bosworth Station just before eleven o’clock it was packed with people heading for the Beer Festival so I opted for the closest country location where an occupation bridge crosses the line just north of the station. I did not have long to wait until Birmingham RC&W Type 3 Bo-Bo diesel electric carrying TOPS number 33 201 approached with the 11:00 from Shackerstone to Shenton on Saturday 23rd July 2022.
