I was hoping that the diesels would run round the train as a pair at Shenton so that I could identify the Class 20. I could hear from the exhaust sounds that this was not the case. Sulzer engined 33 201 was coupled ahead of the English Electric engine Class 20 when they returned past Far Coton with the 13:30 from Shenton to Shackerstone on Saturday 23rd July 2022.
