Sunday 27th December 2020 was the first of two post-Christmas operating days on The Great Central Railway. The day dawned bright cold and clear; ideal for Railway Photography. I headed first to Quorn to be sure of an unobstructed view of the first train of the day. The Black Five was rostered for all trains and would be running round the train at every reversal of direction. A very relaxed schedule made for an excellent day out.
