This trip to see the Cathedrals Express was a last minute change in plans. Expecting to go north to see the Cumbrian Mountain express despite numerous changes to the listed motive power and genuine concerns about WCRs ability to deliver anything, a quick check on RTT revealed the electric loco had failed at Willesden and past experience indicated cancellation. So Oxfordshire seemed a much more sensible location and it proved to be a sound choice. Thank you to 34052 LORD DOWDING which operated to time and looked very competent throughout.
