My final shot on Sunday 4th September 2022 showed a rather lonely looking Derby Lightweight Single-Car Unit DMBS M79900 descending the 1 in 176 past Woodthorpe with the 16:25 train from Leicester North to Loughborough. This concluded the only occasion that day when the unit had travelled the entire length of the line.
