Saturday 16th January 2016 was a strange day on the GCR where little seemed to be as expected. WITHERSLACK HALL looked superb and performed well only to become marooned at Leicester North on the instructions of the police as a result of the actions of vandals. The DMU formation was changed as DMBS E51427 has returned to service but DMC E50321 and TBS E59575 have been removed from the formation.
