The 14:35 from Shenton to Shackerstone was hauled by 7822 FOXCOTE MANOR on Monday 3rd January 2022. The locomotive was still blowing off which confirms that the poor steaming reputation of these locomotives in their original GWR form was fixed by the modifications introduced by BR on the final batch of ten introduced in 1950.
