The weekend following the 2017 Autumn Steam Gala, The GCR operated a special timetable featuring three steam locomotives including guest BoB, 34081 92 SQUADRON. Sunday 15th October dawned damp and murky and it took until mid-afternoon before favourable lighting developed. The event was very popular with line-side enthusiasts.
