After an enjoyable Good Friday at the GCR Easter Festival I decided to return for another visit on Easter Sunday 17th April 2022. Most of the trains were very similar but the dining car express was an addition and there was a change to the main steam motive power with 73156 replacing the advertised 6990 thereby reversing the change made two days previously. The weather was good and most trains ran very close to advertised times.
