"The Cumbrian Mountain Express" on Saturday 17th October 2015 had been scheduled to be hauled by Royal Scot 4-6-0 46115 SCOTS GUARDSMAN. Only late on the 16th was it indicated that 45699 GALATEA was a likely replacement. Fortunately so it proved and the Jubilee gave a very good account of itself throughout - admittedly with some assistance from the Class 47 diesel electric at the rear.
