All seemed to be going well on Saturday 24th July 2021 as Gresley A3 Class 7P 4-6-2 60103 FLYING SCOTSMAN passed Otterburn Bridge with "The Hadrian" excursion from Derby to Carlisle. There was no visible burn mark on the smoke-box door on this trip that had indicated problems the previous week.
