I reached Loughborough just in time for the 09:45 Santa De-luxe departure to find access to the old Woodthorpe Lane blocked at the building site end. Switching to the A6 end I discovered that was closed also! Now after departure time I moved to Quorn where I set up a camera by the yard access gate. Eventually the signals cleared and about 20 min late 92214 appeared with the first train of the day.
