"The Peaks Express" on Sunday 24th October 2021 was delayed almost as soon as it departed from Derby Station presumably to allow service trains priority. It recovered some of the lost time with a spirited run to Chesterfield where more time was recovered by cutting the station stop. Stanier Jubilee Class 6P 4-6-0 45627 SIERRA LEONE was clearly not winded by her effort as she was blowing off vigorously when pulling away on the down main line.
