On Saturday 30th June 2018 Gresley Class A3 4-6-2 60103 FLYING SCOTSMAN piloted Brush Sulzer Class 47 diesel electric 47 580 COUNTY OF ESSEX when hauling "The Yorkshireman" from Ealing Broadway to York. The train was photographed approaching Burton Salmon with most of the work being done by the diesel locomotive.
