On Friday 28th April 2017 "The Belmond British Pullman" was seen approaching Gomshall summit hauled by BoB Class 7P 4-6-2 34052 LORD DOWDING. In reality of course the locomotive is rebuilt WC 34046 BRAUNTON temporarily renumbered and renamed to commemorate the second World War leader.
