Tyseley frequently include a diesel locomotive in their train formations. This was the case on Saturday 18th December 2021 when D1755 (47 773) was attached to the back of "The White Rose". Its primary purpose is to assist with shunting and empty stock manoeuvres but it can also assist if a problem arises with the steam locomotive.
