The test train departed early from Crewe and passed Beeston Castle thirteen minutes before booked time. As a result I missed my first intended location and headed towards Shrewsbury and my intended location near Leaton. The train was close to right time when 4498 SIR NIGEL GRESLEY came round the curve running well.
