I have found no explanation as to why "The Christmas White Rose" train hauled by 6233 DUCHES OF SUTHERLAND was delayed in the Erewash Valley but eventually it came round the curve towards Burton Salmon on Wednesday 15th December 2021 looking as sprightly as ever.
