On Saturday 17th December 2017 "The Christmas White Rose" excursion from Tyseley to York and return was routed via Burton upon Trent in contrast to the previous week's trip which went via Leicester. We visited only two locations on the outward run, both in Derbyshire; first near Swarkstone and then approaching Tapton Junction.
