I headed to Woodthorpe with the intention of photographing the return runs of the diner and the DMU and the last departure of TORNADO on Sunday 9th January 2022. Unfortunately an official photographer chose a position in the foreground of my picture of the Ivatt on the diner and I had to abandon the shot. He was also on the embankment on the up side when the DMU with M50203, W59506 and E50266 returned with the 14:45 from Leicester North. This time a few clicks of the cloning tool and he was gone.
